Loeb & Loeb Recognized for “Tipping the Scales” Towards Gender Parity in 2023

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that, for the third year in a row, the firm received the “Tipping the Scales” award from the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance for having 50% or more women in its 2023 new partner class. The firm is one of 78 firms to be honored with this recognition in 2023.

Loeb was presented with this award on November 2, 2023, in Washington, D.C. during the Alliance's annual conference, “Humanizing the Workplace: Thriving Beyond the Global Reset.” The “Tipping the Scales” award recognizes firms that promote gender equity and strive to advance diversity and inclusion within the firm, particularly by promoting women partners each year. The recognition is part of the organization's yearly New Partner Report, a compilation of public data related to the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partner in US and global law firms. The 2023 report revealed that 43.7 percent of new partners from 196 major U.S. law firms in 2023 were women, representing a substantial increase of 3.5% from last year’s 40.2%.
