Loeb & Loeb Recognized by Leadership Council for Legal Diversity as a 2022 Top Performer and Compass Award Winner

Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that the firm has once again received the “Compass Award” and has been selected as a “Top Performer” by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). Comprised of over 430 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners, LCLD members help prepare future generations of diverse legal talent for the highest positions of leadership, and are dedicated to creating a truly diverse US legal profession. This is the third time that Loeb has received both of these recognitions in a single year.

The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year: participate in the LCLD Fellows, Pathfinder and Pipeline programs, and attend LCLD’s annual meeting or leadership summit. This year, Loeb named Norly Jean-Charles and Mary Jean Kim as LCLD Pathfinders and Tara Gorman as the firm’s LCLD Fellow.

The LCLD Top Performers are comprised of corporations and law firms with the highest level of activity and engagement with LCLD, representing the top 20 percent for participation. This year, 118 member organizations were named Top Performers, while 181 received the Compass Award. Loeb is pleased to be among the 89 organizations that earned both designations.

Earlier this year, the firm also pledged its commitment to LCLD’s Leaders at the Front initiative, which is designed to dismantle systemic barriers preventing underrepresented attorneys from achieving the highest levels of leadership within law firms and corporate legal departments.
