Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the expansion of the Entertainment department in Nashville with the arrival of William “Willie” Jones as associate attorney.
Jones previously worked as director of business and legal affairs for UMG Nashville. His experience includes structuring and negotiating recording agreements, distribution agreements, brand partnership agreements, audiovisual production agreements, merchandise agreements and other agreements relating to the acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property rights.
