What Loeb Means to Us: Peter, Nicole, Tilda

The creation of this alumni program would not have been possible without the help of our Loeb Reconnected Ambassadors, a collection of Loeb lawyers from across our offices. In each newsletter and in our LinkedIn group, you’ll get to know our ambassadors a little bit better and hear about what being part of the Loeb community means to them.

Peter Beardsley (Senior Counsel, New York)

“As a relative newcomer to Loeb (January 2019), I appreciate everyone’s efforts to build a community. We have regular department meetings, regular firm gatherings (pre-pandemic), invitations to visit other offices, and colleagues who want to know how you’re doing, not just the status of a project.”

Nichole Cortese (Partner, New York)

“Loeb & Loeb is a collaborative and supportive community that values excellence in service and performance. Clients appreciate that we make sure to understand their business objectives and concerns and approach legal representation with an eye toward problem solving, and our attorneys and staff appreciate coming to work with a group of people who care about each other and our collective success.”

Tilda Shin (Of Counsel, Los Angeles)

“I’ve been at Loeb for over two years, after having been on hiatus for 10 years. I really like the fact that everyone is willing to pitch in to help out and provide quality client service—attorneys (partners and associates alike), assistants, paralegals, the help desk, librarians and other support staff. There are attorneys who are experts in all areas of law, even seemingly arcane ones, who are eager to share their expertise.”
