Loeb & Loeb Adds Marina Casani in New York

Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Marina Casani, a leading executive compensation and employee benefits attorney, has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Capital Markets and Corporate department.

Casani brings more than twenty years of experience advising public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures. She also regularly advises corporate and individual clients on stock option and other equity incentive arrangements, cash incentive arrangements, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, and related tax issues.

“This is a nuanced area of the law and Marina brings a deep level of experience that will be of great value to our clients,” said Laurie Ruckel, managing partner of Loeb & Loeb’s New York office. “We are thrilled to welcome her to Loeb.”

“Marina is a highly respected lawyer in the executive compensation and employee benefits community and her addition adds more depth and dimension to our practice,” said Mitch Nussbaum, vice chair of Loeb & Loeb and co-chair of the Capital Markets and Corporate department.

“I’m delighted to be joining the team at Loeb & Loeb,” Casani said. “I look forward to working with an impressive roster of clients and this talented group of colleagues.”

Casani received her B.S. from St. John’s University and her J.D. from New York Law School.
