Loeb & Loeb Counsels NV5 Global, Inc. in its Acquisition of WHPacific

Loeb & Loeb LLP advised NV5 Global, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of WHPacific, a leading provider of design engineering and surveying services in the western United States. The acquisition was an all-cash transaction and will be accretive to NV5’s earnings.
