Daily Journal Recognizes Ivy Kagan Bierman Among 2018 Top Labor and Employment Lawyers

Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that partner Ivy Kagan Bierman has once again been selected by the Daily Journal among the 2018 list of “Top Labor & Employment Lawyers” in California. Bierman was profiled in a special report published in the July 18 issue. According to the publication, Bierman has been “a major figure at the intersection of entertainment and labor law for decades,” and she is considered the “’go-to’ consultant with respect to high-profile sexual harassment complaints that have littered headlines over the last few months.”

Bierman is one of a handful of entertainment industry guild/union practitioners, serving as outside labor counsel to film, television, digital media and advertising companies in connection with guild and union collective bargaining agreements, strikes/work stoppages, National Labor Relations Board claims and other labor issues unique to these industries. She handles both transactional and litigation matters for clients, and provides representation in labor, production, distribution, technology and other business matters.
