Cappello Courtroom Series Shines Light on Litigation

Loeb & Loeb partner Marc Cohen is featured in this article highlighting his lecture with A. Barry Cappello at UCLA titled “The Economics of Litigation: $hould You Go To Trial.” The lecture was part of the Cappello Courtroom Series: The Art of the Trial and gave students insight on how firms decide to accept cases, the nuances of fee structures, what aspiring litigators should remember as they shift into practice and why economics drive law firms.
