Loeb & Loeb LLP and Pang & Co. are pleased to announce that the two firms have formally merged. The Hong Kong Law Society has approved the combination and the full Pang & Co. team, comprising nearly 40 Hong Kong- and U.S.-qualified attorneys, solicitors and paralegals, will become one with Loeb & Loeb as of July 1, 2016.
