Kosher Estate Planning

Loeb & Loeb partner Jonathan Rikoon was recently interviewed by 5 Towns Jewish Towns on “kosher” estate planning. His will be presenting a seminar on the topic as well, which will touch on many of the important issues families deal with when it comes to estate planning. Jonathan noted, “I believe that there is a crying need for additional basic information for our community about issues that arise when planning for what happens after an individual is no longer able to make his or her own decisions due to disability or death.”
