Supreme Court Says Juries are Favored Over Judges to Decide Trademark-Tacking Cases

Loeb & Loeb partner Douglas Masters is quoted in an article regarding a recent Supreme Court decision in Hana Financial v. Hana Bank, which indicates that juries, rather than judges, should generally decide trademark-tacking cases.
