Loeb & Loeb Clients The Swon Brothers Break Country Aircheck Record with Debut Single

Loeb & Loeb LLP music clients The Swon Brothers – finalists on season 4 of NBC’s hit vocal competition series The Voice – broke a country music record with their debut single “Later On,” which received 81 combined Country Aircheck and Billboard radio adds this week – the most one-week adds of any debut single in Country Aircheck history. The single is also the No. 1 most added song on Mediabase this week. The Brothers are represented by firm partner Debbie White who negotiated their recently announced publishing deal with Sony ATV Music Publishing Nashville and secured and negotiated their record deal with Arista Nashville.

White has represented the contestants of seasons 3, 4, 5 and 6 of The Voice – NBC’s #1 rated show – in connection with recording, publishing, merchandising, management and touring agreements with Universal Music Group and affiliated entities.

White focuses her practice in the entertainment and music industries, with particular emphasis on representing established and developing recording artists, songwriters, producers, managers, record companies and publishing companies, music executives, fashion designers and athletes in their ongoing business affairs. She also represents new media companies in complex content licensing and other digital agreements. Her experience encompasses negotiation of multimillion dollar recording contracts, as well as publishing, live touring, film soundtrack and Broadway cast albums, merchandising and sponsorship agreements. A specialty of White’s practice is leveraging her recording and publishing relationships to negotiate entertainment-related strategic partnerships, tour sponsorship agreements, brand integration agreements, celebrity endorsements and spokesperson deals on behalf of talent, major advertising agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
