Southern California Super Lawyers has recognized ten Loeb & Loeb attorneys as 2013 “Rising Stars.” “Rising Stars” are top, up-and-coming attorneys who are either 40 years of age or under, or who have been practicing law for ten or fewer years. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor.

Loeb & Loeb’s 2013 “Rising Stars” for the Southern California region include:

Ryan M. Austin (Tax)
David Grossman (Business Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation)
Melanie J. Howard (Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property Litigation)
Arash Khalili (Business/Corporate, Entertainment & Sports)
Donald A. Miller ( Business Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Entertainment & Sports)
Alyse N. Pelavin (Estate Planning & Probate, Tax, Non-Profit)
Gabrielle A. Vidal (Estate & Trust Litigation)

The selections for this list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, an affiliate of Thomson Reuters. The multi-phase selection process includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, and a peer review.
