Firm to Settle Suit Over Deadly La Conchita Slide

Loeb & Loeb LLP is noted as successfully representing the victims of the 2005 La Conchita landslide in their civil suit. The defendants, La Conchita Ranch Co. and its general partner Vista La Conchita Corporation, agreed to a settlement wherein they will turn over all of their assets to the plaintiffs.

Loeb & Loeb's involvement in the case also appeared in articles in The Mercury News, Ventura County Star and the San Francisco Chronicle.
