NASHVILLE – Tiffany A. Dunn, an attorney at Loeb & Loeb LLP in Nashville, has been named the 2007 Chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law Committee of the Nashville Bar Association (NBA). Dunn will oversee NBA events associated with entertainment and sports law, providing members of the NBA an opportunity to network with others practicing entertainment and sports law and to learn about, discuss and debate current legal issues in the entertainment and sports industries.
Dunn’s practice focuses on entertainment transactions in the music, publishing, television and motion picture industries. She also has a depth of knowledge in copyright, trademark and intellectual property law, as well as general corporate and transactional law. Dunn represents publishing companies, record labels, management companies, recording artists, visual artists, producers, authors, songwriters and other parties in the music industry.
Dunn regularly speaks on entertainment law issues and is an adjunct Professor at the School of Entertainment and Music Business, Belmont University.
Dunn received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law (2000) where she was Order of the Coif; President, Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Editor, Tennessee Law Review.
