Selected Agenda
1:30PM - 2:00PM - Litigation Developments in Cyberspace: Trolls and Other Monsters on the Loose

“Trolls” are companies that do not make products, but instead extract licensing income from others’ intellectual property portfolios. This presentation discusses the litigation trends involving patent, trademark, and copyright “trolls” that are prowling the Internet for targets. Topics include: the strategies being used in response to the suits, additional traps for the unwary, and recent developments in relevant case law.
