For the third year in a row, Billboard named Loeb & Loeb partner John T. Frankenheimer, chair of the firm’s Music Industry Practice, to its list of the most powerful music attorneys in the business for 2017. He was profiled by Billboard among “61 keen legal minds” who are “on the front lines of copyright fights and superstar deals.”
In the 2017 list, Frankenheimer is highlighted for his notable representation of Carrie Underwood, together with partner Kenneth Kraus, in forming Underwood’s new deal with Capitol Records Nashville, as well as his continued representation of Superfly Events.
