Loeb & Loeb Honored at 11th Annual M&A Advisor Awards

Loeb & Loeb LLP is pleased to announce that it has received the M&A Advisor’s “Technology Media and Telecom Deal of the Year” award for transactions valued over $1 billion. The award was presented earlier this week at the 11th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala for the firm’s representation of the independent directors of Citadel Broadcasting, a Nevada-based radio broadcast company, in connection with Citadel’s $2.1 billion sale to Cumulus Media, a leading owner and operator of radio stations in the U.S.

The Loeb & Loeb deal team handling this transaction was led Fran M. Stoller, a partner in the Capital Markets Department and an expert in corporate governance.

The Annual M&A Advisor Awards recognize the world’s top M&A, restructuring and deal financing transactions of the past year, as well as the leading dealmakers whose achievements represent the industry’s benchmark for excellence. The 2012 winners were chosen by an independent judging panel from a record pool of 423 nominations.
