Loeb & Loeb Partner Arash Khalili Named Among the M&A Advisor's 40 Under 40

LOS ANGELES – Loeb & Loeb LLP partner Arash Khalili has been named among the winners of The M&A Advisor’s 2012 40 Under 40 Awards for the Western region. The awards recognize M&A, financing and turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success in the industry while still under the age of 40.

Mr. Khalili has an extensive corporate practice concentrating in the media, entertainment and sports industries. He handles a wide range of corporate, entertainment and real estate-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private equity investments and fund formation, restructurings and reorganizations, licensing, distribution, cross-border commercial transactions, and general business and regulatory counseling.

Mr. Khalili’s clients include public and private companies, major and independent film and music production companies and festivals, as well as entertainers, professional athletes and high net worth individuals, both domestically and internationally. In addition, he has represented fashion apparel companies, real estate and private equity funds, real estate developers, restaurants, personal management companies, franchisees, manufacturers and distributors.
