Managing IP Magazine’s annual survey of the world IP market is based on extensive research and interviews with practitioners worldwide, covering 75 jurisdictions and arranged in four geographical areas: Africa and the Middle East, the Americas, Asia, and Europe. The detailed rankings of the leading firms in each category reveal which practitioners are most highly rated by their peers for the strength of their experience and the depth of their ability to service clients.
Loeb & Loeb’s Intellectual Property Protection Practice provides a full range of transactional and litigation services, including litigation before federal and state courts, and before administrative bodies such as the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Attorneys in the practice help clients establish, acquire, and protect, as well as develop and implement strategies to manage their IP portfolios.
