Loeb & Loeb Selected as “U.S. Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year – West” by Managing Intellectual Property

Loeb & Loeb’s Intellectual Property Protection Practice was again selected as the “U.S. Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year – West” by Managing Intellectual Property magazine. The 2011 awards were presented at the publication's annual North American Awards dinner in Washington, DC, to the leading firms in the United States and Canada for their patent, trademark, and copyright work. In addition to the win, Loeb & Loeb was also one of four firms nominated for the "U.S. Copyright Firm of the Year - West" award.

Additionally, Loeb & Loeb received a first tier ranking in the Trademark Contentious category for the western region in Managing Intellectual Property’s 2011 IP Survey. The firm was also highly ranked nationally in the Trademark Contentious category, as well as both nationally and regionally in the category of Trademark Prosecution.

Managing IP Magazine’s annual survey of the world IP market is based on extensive research and interviews with practitioners worldwide, covering 75 jurisdictions and arranged in four geographical areas: Africa and the Middle East, the Americas, Asia, and Europe. The detailed rankings of the leading firms in each category reveal which practitioners are most highly rated by their peers for the strength of their experience and the depth of their ability to service clients.

Loeb & Loeb’s Intellectual Property Protection Practice provides a full range of transactional and litigation services, including litigation before federal and state courts, and before administrative bodies such as the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Attorneys in the practice help clients establish, acquire, and protect, as well as develop and implement strategies to manage their IP portfolios.
