Acquisition of KOJO Worldwide Assets by Welspun Group

Represents the Welspun family of companies in the acquisition of certain assets of KOJO Worldwide pursuant to a public sale with the simultaneous acquisition of three related companies in three different countries. KOJO Worldwide and its related companies were involved in designing and manufacturing soft goods for the hospitality industry. The transaction was part of Welspun's continued growth in the U.S. and global markets, and in particular, enabled the Welspun Group to provide a new level of products and services to the hospitality industry.
