Represented a joint venture of a life science real estate company and a real estate private equity fund, as buyer, in connection with the acquisition of 4 life science bio-laboratory assets owned in part as fee simple and in part under a ground lease, located in a suburb of Boston, MA. The capitalization of the approximate $130,000,000 project was through mortgage and mezzanine financing and joint venture equity. Loeb’s representation included the acquisition, joint venture and financing.
