Represented Kidney Center, Inc. and its affiliates in connection with two separate sales transactions of a total of eight dialysis centers to a NYSE-listed company as part of a roll-up transaction. Also, represented Kidney Center, Inc. and its affiliates in connection with the sale of seven dialysis centers to a private company as part of a roll-up. Serve as outside general counsel in connection with general corporate and governance matters.
