Represented Collectors Universe, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed authentication and grading services company, in connection with acquisitions aggregating a value in excess of $24 million. These deals have included a $7 million cash acquisition of American Gemological Laboratories by the company; a $3.15 million acquisition of membership asset of Expos Unlimited LLC; a $7.5 million asset purchase of Gemprint Corporation; a purchase of membership interests of Gem Certification an asset purchase of Gemological Appraisal Association, Inc.; and a stock purchase of Diamond Profile Laboratory, Inc. totaling $5.925 million.
