Kit Yu

Kit Yu is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Corporate department in Hong Kong. He primarily focuses on assisting with commercial and corporate finance matters including cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving multiple jurisdictions in addition to Hong Kong and China, restructuring of listed companies, resumption of listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and initial public offerings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He also has experience in loan transactions acting for lender and general corporate matters for both private and public companies.

Kit has worked as a paralegal in a red circular law firm and subsequently an international law firm in Hong Kong. He has obtained a Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice (Conveyancing) issued by Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in England and Wales in 2022.
