Erik A. Speier

Erik Speier is a paralegal engaged in the Patent Litigation and Counseling practice. His experience includes managing all phases of the discovery process, including document collection and the electronic production of documents in multi-party Hatch-Waxman litigations. He has assisted in witness preparation, created and maintained litigation support systems and prepared and organized materials for depositions. Erik also has experience preparing for and assisting in presentation of evidence at preliminary injunction proceedings, Markman and summary judgment hearings.
