Gigi Kisela

Gigi Kisela concentrates her practice on representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries in contested trust, probate, conservatorship and guardianship matters. Her practice extends across all stages of litigation, from advising on pre-litigation matters to discovery, motions and trial preparation. Gigi also uses her two years of pre-med experience at Harvard to lead medical fact investigation in the Trusts & Estates context.

In her pro bono work, Gigi has been passionate about the arts and entertainment. She has worked with arts organizations advising on corporate governance, non-profit status, and rewriting artist contracts to align with their mission.
