Giovanni Caruso Named Among the M&A Advisor’s 2013 ’40 Under 40’

Loeb & Loeb LLP partner Giovanni Caruso has been named among the winners of The M&A Advisor’s 2013 40 Under 40 Awards. The awards recognize M&A, financing and turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success in the industry while still under the age of 40.

Caruso represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including general corporate governance, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and federal law compliance in connection with the Securities Act, Exchange Act and Sarbanes-Oxley, as well as the various exchanges (NASDAQ, NYSE and the NYSE Amex). He also regularly represents issuers and underwriters in SPAC offerings. Caruso represents clients across a variety of industries and has particular expertise counseling China-based companies in corporate and financing transactions. He has represented Chinese enterprises in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions ranging in size from $10 million to nearly $400 million.

The 2013 M&A Advisor 40 Under 40 award winners were chosen for their accomplishments and expertise from a pool of prominent nominees by an independent judging panel of distinguished M&A, financing and turnaround industry leaders. The awards will be presented at a gala ceremony on October 1, 2013 at the New York Athletic Club in Manhattan.
