Environmental Media Partnership Agreements

Represented environmental media company EcoMedia in connection with the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements with numerous cities and municipalities within the state of California, pursuant to which the client would partner with the city and/or municipality to develop "green projects" in the municipal district, which would be sponsored by large corporations. A percentage of the sponsorship dollars for these projects is paid to the cities and municipalities in exchange for brand recognition and exclusive advertising and sponsorship placements on government properties.
