Represented Canterbury Mezzanine Capital in a mezzanine loan to American Paper Group, Inc., a manufacturer of collection envelopes for churches and commercial envelopes for other specialty markets. We also advised Canterbury with respect to subsequent workout efforts and the subsequent bankruptcy of American Paper Group.
