Represented a major investment bank, as administrative agent and lead lender, in connection with a $630 million construction and tax exempt bond financing to an ownership group led by The Related Companies for the development of the $1 billion Grand Avenue mixed-use complex designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry and located across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles.
