Erin Shields is a litigator with a broad practice, including general commercial litigation, intellectual property and entertainment litigation. She has experience handling intellectual property matters involving copyright, trademark infringement, trade secrets and false advertising. Erin also has experience litigating real estate disputes and complex business disputes involving issues of corporate governance, breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims and business torts.
