Soung Young Choe

Soung Young Choe focuses her practice on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions. Soung has experience representing companies and private equity firms in connection with cross-border and domestic asset and share sales and purchases, mergers and corporate restructurings. She regularly drafts and revises corporate organization documents, merger agreements, asset purchase agreements and other ancillary transaction documents. In addition, Soung has experience counseling public companies on initial public offerings, common stock and preferred stock offerings, and asset-backed financings.
