Nicole Webb is a partner in Loeb & Loeb’s Private Client practice, where she counsels high net worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and multigenerational family offices on all aspects of estate planning, wealth preservation and intergenerational wealth transfer. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, Nicole delivers sophisticated, personalized solutions tailored to each client’s goals and family dynamics.

Nicole’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. She has significant experience designing and implementing complex estate plans that address both tax and nontax considerations, including the use of sophisticated trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs) and charitable split-interest vehicles. Nicole regularly advises on strategies for transferring closely held business interests, carried interest, real estate and other unique assets in a tax-efficient manner.

A trusted advisor to individual clients, Nicole guides families in the formation and operation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies to facilitate effective stewardship and transition of wealth. She also counsels clients on charitable giving strategies, including the creation of private foundations, public charities and donor-advised funds, ensuring that philanthropic objectives are met while maximizing tax benefits.
