“Thomas and Michael significantly expand our ability to advise clients across industries on complex transactions and other high-stakes issues,” said Laurie Ruckel, New York office managing partner. “We are thrilled to welcome such highly regarded attorneys to the firm.”

“I am excited to join a team with such a strong reputation in the corporate and M&A space,” said L’Helias. “Loeb’s practice, in terms of both the clients it serves and the deals it handles, makes Loeb a great fit for us and for our clients.”

L’Helias earned his B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
