Patricia Whitten focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial lending and banking transactions, including senior secured lending, unitranche, first and second lien and ESOP transactions.
Patricia’s experience includes representing financial institutions in structured finance and debt financing transactions for privately held and publicly owned corporate borrowers and companies. She also advises clients on multi-facility cross border transactions, syndicated loan transactions, cash flow and asset-based financings, acquisition financings and loan restructurings/workouts.
