Patricia Whitten focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial lending and banking transactions, including securities-based lending, senior secured lending, private equity and hedge fund transactions.
Patricia’s experience includes representing financial institutions in structured finance and debt-financing transactions for privately held and publicly owned corporate borrowers and high net worth individuals. She also advises clients on multi-facility cross border transactions, syndicated loan transactions, cash flow and asset-based financings, acquisition financings and loan restructurings/workouts.
