Nicole Neidich practices in the area of commercial real estate law, concentrating on the representation owners, developers and investors of multi-family, retail, and office buildings during the sale, acquisition, and finance transaction life cycle. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, opinion letters, and SNDAs and tenant estoppels in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions. Nicole also represents landlords and tenants in connection with the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases.
In addition, Nicole has experience representing developers of new construction and conversion condominiums with offering plan filings with the New York State Attorney General.
