概述

Neil Nandi maintains a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on government and internal investigations, antitrust litigation, and commercial litigation. He also has particular experience counseling companies in the health care industry, primarily on issues relating to the False Claims Act.

Neil’s experience includes drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs, taking depositions, leading witness interviews, and collaborating with experts. He has also assisted with settlement negotiations, presented to the government and opposing counsel, and managed various stages of discovery.

Within the health care industry, Neil has represented organizations in unsealed False Claims Act cases, antitrust class actions, contract disputes, and responses to federal and state government subpoenas.

During law school, Neil worked in the Civil Division, Fraud Section, of the United States Department of Justice and in the Cyber Crime Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts. In private practice, he has maintained an active pro bono practice, including by handling and supervising matters through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, of which Neil is a member of the Junior Board. Through his pro bono work, Neil first-chaired an arbitration hearing, including by examining witness and giving opening and closing statements.
