Tom Long

Tom Long is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Advanced Media and Technology department. He has more than 13 years of experience handling all aspects of U.S. patent, trademark, copyright and domain name applications and maintenance.

Tom’s experience includes preparing, filing and prosecuting domestic applications with the USPTO, as well as handling subsequent enforcement and litigation phases. He has also conducted and analysed patent, trademark and copyright searches.

In addition, Tom has overseen the filing and maintenance of international patent, trademark and copyright applications and registrations, regularly corresponding with WIPO and foreign counsel to obtain the information and documentation necessary to prosecute and maintain clients’ intellectual property.
