Andrew Kramer

With more than 25 years of experience in independent film and television production and distribution with leading global entertainment companies, Andrew Kramer provides counsel on domestic and international production, exploitation of motion picture and television content, legal issues, business affairs, film finance, and global distribution of content.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Andrew served as Founder and CEO of a consulting firm, Global Entertainment Strategies. A seasoned business affairs executive with multidisciplinary experience, he has held a number of high-level positions in major film and television production and distribution companies.

Andrew served as Chief Operating Officer, International Distribution, at Lionsgate where he was responsible for all aspects of Lionsgate’s international theatrical motion picture distribution operations and substantially expanded Lionsgate’s international distribution, finance and operational structure. He oversaw the international distribution and release of several successful theatrical motion picture franchises such as The Hunger Games series, the Divergent series, Now You See Me and Now You See Me 2, the John Wick series and the Oscar-winning musical La La Land, among others.

Before his tenure at Lionsgate, Andrew was involved both in the structuring and exploitation of Oscar-winning films Silver Linings Playbook, Django Unchained, The Artist and The King’s Speech, in addition to other film and television projects including the Scary Movie, Scream and Halloween franchises along with Project Runway, Marco Polo and the Scream television series.

Andrew formerly served as a member of the Executive Committee as General Vice Chairperson of The Independent Film & Television Alliance (IFTA) overseeing the global trade association for the independent motion picture and television industry.
