Arsha Hasan focuses her practice on intellectual property law and entertainment transactions, with particular experience in the acquisition, protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights and other brand assets around the world.

Arsha has extensive experience counseling clients on trademark clearance, selection and filing strategies in the United States and abroad, including building, managing and maintaining large domestic and international trademark portfolios for world-renowned brands, as well as enforcing against unauthorized uses of intellectual property rights and other IP assets.

Arsha regularly advises clients across a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus in the luxury retail, cosmetics, and entertainment and media spaces. Arsha’s experience in structuring and negotiating complex trademark licenses and influencer, sponsorship and endorsement deals makes her uniquely positioned to assist her clients across all aspects of their branding activities, from the development of their global IP portfolios to the creation and implementation of brand collaborations and promotional campaigns in order to maximize the value of their assets. As a true team member, Arsha works closely with her clients to understand their brand identities and tailors her strategies and guidance to meet each of her clients’ unique business needs.
