Carnell Cherry focuses her practice at the intersection of emerging media, technology, data privacy, advertising and intellectual property law. She assists clients with sponsorship and talent agreements, data and content licenses, online retail, and media services agreements for advertising, sports, digital media and mobile initiatives. She also has significant experience with counseling clients on sponsorships, advertising, mobile and digital marketing, social media, privacy and data optimization, and brand integration.

Carnell works with clients in a variety of industries, including sports, technology, entertainment, media, consumer products, automotive and mobility. She also has experience in broad corporate transactions, as well as in the representation of nonprofit entities in tax-exempt, governance and compliance matters.
