Mike Byrnes represents public and private clients, including financial institutions, in a variety of financial transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, cross-border financings, first- and second-lien secured loans, term and revolving loan facilities and other general corporate financings. At Loeb & Loeb, Mike’s practice focuses on securities-based lending, asset-based lending and private equity and hedge fund transactions.
