Marwa Abdelaziz is a litigator with a focus on entertainment, media and intellectual property matters. Her practice also incorporates a diverse range of general litigation matters, representing both private and public sector clients in complex civil proceedings in state and federal court.
Marwa has prior in-house experience as copyright counsel at Meta Platforms, Inc., in which she advised on digital copyright, intermediary liability, music licensing, and regulatory compliance issues relating to Meta’s social media platforms and virtual reality products.
She is a contributing writer for Loeb & Loeb’s IP/Entertainment Case Law Weekly Update, and maintains an active pro bono practice in a wide range of matters, including immigration, civil rights, defamation and creators’ rights.
