Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that trusts and estates lawyer Patricia (“Tricia”) Ring has joined the firm as a partner in San Francisco. Ring counsels clients on wealth transfer planning, trust and estate administration, and charitable giving.
“Tricia is a talented, creative lawyer with a stellar reputation and proven track record,” said Audrey Scott, a partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP and the firm’s San Francisco Trusts and Estates Practice Leader. “She understands the goals and strategies of our clients and will be a great asset to our growing team.”
Ring focuses her practice on creating and implementing tax-efficient wealth transfer plans. She also advises fiduciaries in connection with the administration of large and complex estates and trusts. In addition, Ring advises clients on the formation and administration of charitable entities.
“Loeb is one of the top law firms in the country for estate planning, charitable organizations and family offices. There are also terrific industry intersections given the firm’s storied history in media, technology and entertainment,” said Ring.
Ring earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A. from Northwestern University.
This is Loeb’s first addition to the San Francisco office since the office opened in August 2018. The firm remains committed to growing this office with strategic additions, such as Tricia Ring.
