Loeb & Loeb Expands National Real Estate Platform with Addition of Partner Allen Hubsch

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 11, 2016) ­­– Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Allen Hubsch has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner in the Real Estate Department. Hubsch brings more than 25 years of experience in all areas of transactional real estate law, with a particular depth of experience serving clients in the entertainment, technology, energy and natural resources sectors, including infrastructure projects and water rights issues.

Hubsch has a deep understanding of the legal complexities underpinning the leasing, purchasing, sales and financing of all types of real estate, including multi-property and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving assets within California and nationwide. He has represented both tenants and landlords in connection with leases for retail, industrial and other classes of commercial property. In addition, he advises clients on land use matters, property tax issues, formation of partnerships and joint ventures, foreclosure and creditor’s rights matters, bankruptcy issues affecting leases and financings, and government contracting.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Hubsch practiced in the Los Angeles office of Hogan Lovells for more than 15 years. He has been active in a number of industry organizations and associations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Building Industry Association of Southern California, the Urban Land Institute, the California Groundwater Association and the Southern California Water Committee. Hubsch earned his JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Duke University. Prior to attending Harvard, he attended Oxford University as a Roger Alan Opel Scholar.
