Loeb & Loeb LLP is pleased to present this networking and investor feedback event for the education technology industry.

Join us to listen to presentations from three innovative EdTech startups and a keynote presentation from a senior member of the Knewton team.

The program will be hosted by Loeb partner Joseph F. Daniels, CohnReznick partner Alex Castelli and organized by Saddlerock Advisors partner Ted King , and will feature presentations by Pathgather, Modern Guild and Unigo, and a keynote from Sara Ittelson, Director of Business Development at Knewton. The program will conclude with a networking cocktail reception.

Keynote - Sara Ittelson
Sara is the Director of Business Development at Knewton. Knewton is the world’s leading adaptive learning technology provider with the mission of bringing personalized education to the world. Knewton combines big data with psychometrics to continuously personalize learning experiences. At Knewton, Sara builds strategic partnerships with educational content creators and distributors to deliver their content to students adaptively. In May 2013, Knewton announced a partnership with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. The leading K12 publisher joins a list of partners including leading global publishers Pearson and Macmillan.

Sara earned her MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University, and her BA from Northwestern University. Previously, Sara worked as Chief of Staff to the Chief Performance Officer at the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) where she led continuous improvement projects across the District. Prior to CPS, Sara worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and Company, doing projects in education, sustainability and business strategy.
