ACI 14th FCPA Boot Camp

Loeb & Loeb LLP is pleased to announce that partner Robert M. Andalman will be speaking at the American Conference Institute's (ACI) 14th FCPA Boot Camp.

From the conference website:

The last 12 months have certainly been headline-worthy in the world of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). With record numbers of defendants taking the government to trial in a number of FCPA matters, the mixed results reflected the difficulty in proving foreign bribery beyond a reasonable doubt. This two day event will feature leading in-house attorneys, compliance professionals, government enforcement officials and private practitioners who will guide participants through the year in FCPA enforcement and what any company operating internationally should be doing to keep their compliance efforts up-to-snuff.
