NAD Annual Conference 2008: What's New in Comparative Advertising, Claim Support and Self-Regulation

The NAD Annual Conference is being held in conjunction with Advertising Week 2008. Expert speakers will explore the legal and ethical challenges and opportunities presented by new media, the key issues in claims substantiation, the timing, design, and application of consumer surveys; FTC enforcement priorities, and “Going Green,” a panel discussion focused on consumer understanding of environmental marketing. The conference also will provide attendees with practical information to enhance their ability to navigate the advertising industry’s self-regulatory forum.
