Barry L. Zaretsky Roundtable Dinner and Discussion

The roundtable dinner and discussion are held in honor of the late Professor Barry L. Zaretsky, who was a member of Brooklyn Law School’s faculty for 19 years. Professor Zaretsky was a teacher and mentor to countless students and a distinguished bankruptcy and commercial law scholar whose work inside and outside the classroom bridged the worlds of theory and practice. The Zaretsky programs are held on a regular basis to address timely topics in bankruptcy and commercial law.

Agenda Highlight:
William D. Gardner, of Loeb & Loeb LLP, will serve as a panelist in the discussion of "Hedge Funds, Claims Trading, Credit Derivatives and the Changing Dynamics of Chapter 11".
